Ingredients:
• 400 ml of coconut milk.
• 600 ml pineapple juice pineapple or 1,500 grams (the riper the better)
• 600 ml white rum (or rum extract 300 ml)
• Crushed ice
• 1 can (12 fl. oz.) evaporated milk (optional)
Preparation:
Mix pineapple and juice with a little coconut milk until well blended. Add rum and remaining milk. (Add the evaporated milk)
Beat well and add sugar to taste.
Pour into a jug and refrigerate until ready to serve.
It will give an original touch to the cocktail, tropical addition, if adorned with a slice of pineapple, a maraschino cherry or a small umbrella.
